Operation:
In the original DIOSNA mixing principle, the mixing arm follows an elliptic course in the rotating bowl. This course starts far beyond the centre of the bowl and continues all the way to the bowl wall,
creating a large mixing and kneading range.
Result: homogeneous mixing – effective kneading.
