The advantages of these systems are obvious:
The Laboratory Mixing Plant provides a complete process control of dough processing. DIOSNA also offers systems for automatic dough processing such as the Central Discharge. This type of mixing plant can additionally be extended by an automatic Dough Resting Sytem. The Central Discharge System including raw material dosing, intensive mixing and complete dough discharge ensures an optimal solution for even minimum available space.
The DIOSNA Carousel Principle provides a compact and high performance mixing plant – with the circular arrangement of the bowls in a cyclical kneading process.
The advantage of the Linear Transport System: ample free access clearance above floor level for cleaning and maintenance requirements. A travel robots transports the bowls within the system. The Linear Transport System allows integration of multiple dosing stations, mixing stations and/or discharging stations.
The DIOSNA Premium Mixing Plants also include the continoMIXX. This type of Mixing plant, completely made from stainless steel, combines homogenous mixing with effective kneading. Especially developed for wheat and mixed dough, the continoMIXX mixes the raw materials directly to finished prefabricated dough. The continoMIXX can be added by the High Pressure Pre-Mixer Rapidojet®¹ and the Twin-Screw-Mixer.
