1911

DIOSNA receives the first patent for its mixing and kneading machines.

1885

Friedrich Dierks and Julius Möllmann founded DIOSNA in Osnabrücker Sandbachstraße. They produce machines for agriculture and domestic use as well as for dairy facilities and soon the first kneading machines for bread dough.

1965

Patented safety:
The DIOSNA pliers locking system for more safety and comfort.

1968

More power per hour:
DIOSNA presents the Wendel kneader as the first kneader with two mixing tools. The invention is patented and is an overwhelming success.

1969

Kneading for industrial bakeries:
DIOSNA is the first company to present an automated mixing system according to the carrousel principle.

1974

Hygiene:
DIOSNA presents a lifting tipper with a stripping device at the IBA in Düsseldorf.

1980

World premiere:
The DIOSNA Spiralkneter SP 240 E is the first Kneader with center emptying – for an even more efficient dough production.

 

1984

Automation:
Presentation of the first fully automatic kneading system with center emptying.

1988

Flexible:
The frequency inverter fits all DIOSNA machines

1994

ISO certification:
DIOSNA is certified according to ISO 9001.

1994

Takeover:
DIOSNA takes over the entire bakery machine program from "Oase Pumps Wübker Söhne GmbH and Co." and thus secures the German market leadership.

1995

More power:
The DIOSNA linear transport excites industrial bakeries with up to 16 batches in one hour.

1995

DIOSNA joins the "multimixing group". This group includes important European kneading manufacturers. The Verbund, which has its own manufacturing facilities in Germany, the Czech Republic, France and Italy, lays the foundation for the expansion of the leading position in the European market. The affiliated companies are independently managed and maintain their distinctive brand profiles.

1997

Analysis capability:
The first DIOSNA laboratory facility for research and development customers.

1999

More hygiene:
DIOSNA Premiumkneter in stainless steel expand the product range.

2001

Takeover:
DIOSNA takes over the bakery machine program of the "BOKU Maschinenfabrik GmbH" and continues to expand its market leadership in Germany.

2004

Move to the new company building "Am Tie".

2008

Expansion of the production building.

2010

DIOSNA celebrates its 125 years of company anniversary.

2012

IBA Award:
The next generation of ContinoMIXX will be awarded at the IBA 2012.

2015

Takeover:
DIOSNA takes over the Predough specialists Isernhäger GmbH – the DoughExperts now offer the complete dough production.

2016

The office building is expanded with an extension and radiates a new splendour.
