We are looking for you to strengthen our team for the position of

 

Baker / master confectioner as dough technologist in international field service (m/f/d)

 

Objectives on this role:

  • Technical and application-related advice for new and existing customers on technical and technological issues
  • Practical and application engineering activities
  • Project support from a technological perspective from the project inquiry to commissioning in the factory
  • Development and implementation of customer-specific requirements 
  • Project-related and project-accompanying customer tests
  • Recording the results and forwarding them to the relevant people
  • Sales support from a dough technology and process technology perspective
  • Internal training on bakery technology topics and sales arguments

 

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully completed training as a baker, confectioner or food technology specialist
  • Experience in a large bakery or food industry
  • Good knowledge of raw materials, products and processing
  • Good knowledge of production processes, systems and process engineering
  • Knowledge of food law and hygiene regulations 
  • Knowledge of the market environment, competition and business contexts
  • Written and spoken English and willingness to travel internationally on business
  • Master's degree as a baker or confectioner desirable
