We are looking for you to strengthen our team for the position of
Baker / master confectioner as dough technologist in international field service (m/f/d)
Objectives on this role:
- Technical and application-related advice for new and existing customers on technical and technological issues
- Practical and application engineering activities
- Project support from a technological perspective from the project inquiry to commissioning in the factory
- Development and implementation of customer-specific requirements
- Project-related and project-accompanying customer tests
- Recording the results and forwarding them to the relevant people
- Sales support from a dough technology and process technology perspective
- Internal training on bakery technology topics and sales arguments
Responsibilities:
- Successfully completed training as a baker, confectioner or food technology specialist
- Experience in a large bakery or food industry
- Good knowledge of raw materials, products and processing
- Good knowledge of production processes, systems and process engineering
- Knowledge of food law and hygiene regulations
- Knowledge of the market environment, competition and business contexts
- Written and spoken English and willingness to travel internationally on business
- Master's degree as a baker or confectioner desirable
