To strengthen our project management department at the Osnabrück site, we are looking for a

Project Manager (m/f/d)

Objectives of this role:

• Strategic and results-oriented customer support with the aim of a sustainable positive customer relationship
• Supporting the sales department in consulting and sales discussions with and at the customer's premises
• Leading the project team, coordinating the division of tasks within the project team, managing internal and external interfaces
• Development, specification and coordination of the machine technology on the basis of the contractually owed services with the company's own specialist departments and the customer
• Project definition in the start-up phase, development of project objectives and boundary conditions, including creation and maintenance of project plans
• Planning, controlling, monitoring and successful implementation of projects, including the preparation of interim reports and the final report
• Monitoring the detailed execution including change management internally and externally
• Detailed planning of project-related activities including effort and cost planning and their sequencing

Responsibilities:

• Completed studies in industrial engineering or a corresponding qualification based on your professional experience
• Ideally initial professional experience in the management of projects in mechanical and plant engineering
• Interest in complex, technical and commercial contexts as well as strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Goal- and customer-oriented thinking and acting as well as negotiating skills
• A high degree of team spirit and strong communication skills
• High motivation, independence and flexibility
• Ability to explain complex issues in an understandable way
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Confident handling of MS Office applications
• Willingness to travel at home & abroad
