For our location in Osnabrück, Germany we are looking for:
Area Sales Manager Pharma (m / f / d)

  • Competitive granulation technology and services for granulation technology and systems, as well as coating systems in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food supplement sectors
  • Sales of pharmaceutical systems and management of the agent network (worldwide)
  • Independent support of our national and international customers
  • Technical advice to customers, preparation and follow-up of offers, as well as negotiation of the commercial framework conditions up to the conclusion of the contract
  • Structured sales processes with Salesforce as CRM system
  • Expansion of activities within the pharmaceutical/granulation technology sector with a focus on increasing sales and gaining market share
  • Targeted acquisition of new customers and their professional support
  • Continuous market and competition analysis as well as sales planning based on the preparation of regular sales forecasts
  • Support in marketing activities, implementation of webinars as well as participation in trade fairs with the aim of customer acquisition

The ideal candidate has:
  • Education ideally in the field of mechanical engineering, pharmaceutical technology, process engineering or chemical engineering or in a comparable discipline
  • Sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Confidence in initiating new business relationships at decision-making level
  • Sensitivity to customer needs and solution-oriented way of thinking
  • Strong communication, organisational and assertive skills as well as hands-on mentality and striving for sustainable business successes
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, further foreign language skills are an advantage
  • Strong willingness to travel at home and abroad
  • Confident handling of standard software (IT affinity)
