We are looking for you to strengthen our team for the position::  

Sales cold calling B2B (m/f/d)
 
The position is available on a full-time, part-time or mini-job basis.

Responsibilities:
  • Acquiring new customers via various sales channels (telephone, online marketing...).
  • Updating and maintaining leads and customer data in our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Coordination of customer appointments
  • Close cooperation with the field staff to ensure the respective appointment coordination as well as the corresponding preparation and follow-up
  • Sound familiarization program about our products in order to independently conduct phone calls and qualify customer inquiries
Requirements:
  • Service and sales orientation in the way you think and work
  • Basic technical understanding and affinity for digital products (CRM Salesforce)
  • Fun and enjoyment in communicating with people and selling innovative products and services
  • A positive personality and initial experience as a customer service representative as well as initial sales experience in telemarketing
  • Very good communication and expression skills in spoken and written German and English - other language an advantage.
