To support our team we are looking for you as: 

Sales Manager (m/f/d) for pharmaceutical machinery and equipment
 
Responsibilities:
  • Competitive granulation technology and service around granulation technology & plants, as well as coating plants in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic,- and food supplement sector.
  • Sales of pharmaceutical plants as well as control of the agent network (worldwide)
  • Independent support of our national and international customers
  • Technical consulting of customers, preparation and follow-up of offers, as well as negotiation of the commercial framework conditions up to the conclusion of the contract
  • Structured sales processes with Salesforce as CRM system
  • Expansion of activities within the pharmaceutical/granulation technology sector with a focus on increasing sales and gaining market share
  • Targeted acquisition of new customers and their professional support
  • Continuous market and competition analysis as well as sales planning based on the preparation of regular sales forecasts
  • Support in marketing activities, implementation of webinars as well as participation in trade fairs with the aim of customer acquisition
Requirements:
  • Education ideally in the field of mechanical engineering, pharmaceutical technology, process engineering, chemical engineering or in a comparable field of study.
  • Sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Experience in the field of machinery and equipment for the pharmaceutical industry
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English, further foreign language skills are an advantage (Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian)
  • Confidence in initiating new business relationships at decision-making level
  • Sensitivity to customer needs and solution-oriented way of thinking
  • Strong communication, organizational and assertiveness skills as well as hands-on mentality and drive for sustainable business successes
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English, further foreign language skills are an advantage
  • Strong willingness to travel at home and abroad
  • Confident handling of standard software (IT affinity) and CRM software
