To support our team we are looking for you as: 

Sales Manager with Spanish knowledge 
For the sales of machines and equipment for the food industry (m/f/d)
 
Responsibilities:
  • Sales of competitive equipment in the field of dough preparation machines, starter cultures and service products as well as control of the agent network (worldwide).
  • Independent support of our national and international customers
  • Strategic and sales-oriented customer support with the goal of a sustainable positive customer relationship
  • Technical consulting of customers, preparation and follow-up of offers, as well as negotiation of commercial framework conditions up to contract conclusion
  • Structured sales processes with Salesforce as CRM system
  • Expansion of activities within the area of plant technology for pre-dough and kneading with a focus on increasing sales and gaining market share
  • Targeted acquisition of new customers and their competent support
  • Continuous market and competition analysis as well as sales planning based on the preparation of regular sales forecasts
  • Support in marketing activities, implementation of webinars as well as participation in trade fairs with the aim of customer acquisition
Requirements:
  • Degree/training in mechanical engineering or in a comparable discipline
  • Sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Experience in the field of machinery and equipment for the food industry
  • Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English, further foreign language skills are an advantage (Portuguese, French, Italian)
  • Confidence in initiating new business relationships at decision-making level
  • Sensitivity to customer needs and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication, organizational and assertiveness skills as well as hands-on mentality and drive for sustainable business successes
  • Distinct willingness to travel at home & abroad
  • Confident handling of standard software (IT affinity) and CRM software
