Team Leader Dough Technology (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
  • Technical and disciplinary leadership and planning of the dough technologists and the Technology Bakery Team
  • Providing technical and application-related advice to new and existing customers on technical and technological issues
  • Investigations in the laboratory
  • Project support from a technological point of view from the project enquiry to the commissioning in the factory
  • Project-related and project-accompanying customer tests and trials. Development and implementation of customer-specific requirements
  • Logging of the results and forwarding to the appropriate group of people
  • Sales support from a dough technology and process technology point of view
  • Organisation and implementation of presentations, training, seminars, webinars and training courses (internal and external) regarding bakery technology topics and sales arguments

Requirements:
  •  Degree in food technology, training as a food technician / baker / confectioner or comparable training in the field of food technology / bakery technology
  • Leadership experience
  • Professional experience in the field of industrial bread and bakery production desirable
  • Good knowledge of raw materials, products and processing as well as good knowledge of production processes, equipment and process technology
  • Knowledge of food law and hygiene regulations IFS
  • Knowledge of the market environment, competition and business management contexts
  • Pleasure in dealing with people of different mentalities
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • High willingness to travel - nationally and internationally
  • Customer-oriented communication skills with a confident manner
  • Proactive approach, high organisational ability, strategic and analytical thinking skills
