Henrik Oevermann

Chief Executive Officer DIOSNA

He joined DIOSNA 2011 as CFO and taking over responsibility for the Bakery Division in 2014. Since 2018 he is nominated as CEO.
Previously he acted in management functions in Siemens AG.

Henrik Oevermann studied at the University of Lueneburg and University of Queensland (Australia) Management & Economics.

Stefan Becker

Chief Financial Officer

He joined DIOSNA in 2016 as Head of Finance and was nominated as CFO in 2018.
Previously he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the field of auditing.

Stefan Becker completed his studies in business administration & economics
at the University of Osnabrück and the University of Technology, Sydney (Australia). In 2016 he passed the tax consultant exam.

Georg Bückers

Head of Project Management

He joined DIOSNA in 2016 as Head of Project Management in Food Business. In 2018 he took over full responsibility of DIOSNA Project Management. He has more than 20 years of experience in the planning, engineering & construction of complex process plants in the Food-, Pharma and Chemistry- Industry. Previously he held various lead positions in project management and plant engineering & construction organizations.
Georg Bückers graduated in 1992 with a degree in mechanical engineering from the FH Muenster.

Horst Buhr

Head of After Sales Service

He joined DIOSNA in 2017 and is the head of the business unit after sales service.
He has more than 30 years of international experience as head of after sales service organizations within foodsectors of machinery industry.

Horst Buhr earned his degree in Electrical Engineering from the Applied University of Osnabrück.

Jesper Hansen

Head of Sales and Marketing

He joined DIOSNA in 2017 and is responsible for Global Sales and Marketing at DIOSNA Bakery Devision. He has 29 years of senior Sales and Marketing experience from international corporations supplying the Food and Pharma Markets.

Jesper Hansen holds a Master’s Degree in Food & Dairy Science from the university of Copenhagen.

Dr. Frank Hoffmann

Head of Engineering

He joined DIOSNA in 2018 and is responsible for the engineering of bakery and pharma products. Before, he worked as a Manger in the R&D department of a market leader for flexible packaging machinery.

Frank Hoffmann studied mechanical engineering at the RWTH Aachen University and received a doctor’s degree in engineering of machine tools.

Michael Lammers

Head of Production

He joined DIOSNA in 2004 and is responsible for the Production Business Area.
Before he worked as a Production Manager for special machine construction in different companies.

Michael Lammers become a european welding specialist in duisburg as well as a master of metall works and business economist at the chamber of trade of Emsland and Osnabrück.

Lukas Musiol

Head of Purchasing & IT

He joined DIOSNA in 2010 and is responsible for the business areas Purchasing and IT.
Previously he held various lead buyer and procurement manager positions in the purchasing department of mechanical and plant engineering companies.
Lukas Musiol holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Production Technology from the Applied University of Osnabrück.
