for the food and pharmaceutical industries.
The focus in the food industry is the Bakery division.
As the market leader in machines for dough production of bakery and pastry products, we are focused on international growth.

With the positioning of our kneading machines we are operating in a highly attractive market segment based on increasing consumer demand in international markets.
We are looking for the following position in Poland:

Area Sales Manager
  • Sales Manager for defined territories:
    • Build and maintain professional relationships within the bakery industry and its affiliates to maximize new business opportunities and sales.
    • Preparation and developing of yearly business plans
    • Reaching of mutually agreed sales KPIs and targets (order book / turnover / margin )
    • Responsibility for evaluating opportunities, creating technical solutions incl. pricing, and negotiating strategies.
  •  Key account management for key customers in the confectionery business
    • Building and maintaining relation ships
    • Creating leads and developing opportunities
    • Observing market trends and developing appropriate actions for Diosna sales team.
  • Support in marketing activities, implementation of webinars as well as attend and display Trade Show's & Exhibitions to promote Diosna Bakery Equipment.
  • Studies/training in the field of mechanical engineering or in a comparable discipline
  • 2 to 5 + years recent successful bakery equipment sales experience, preferably in special products (please see our Website)
  • Confidence in initiating new business relationships at decision-making level
  • Sensitivity to customer needs and solution-oriented way of thinking
  • Strong communication, organizational and assertiveness skills as well as hands-on mentality and drive for sustainable business successes
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English, further foreign language skills are an advantage
  • Strong willingness to travel at home and abroad
  • Confident handling of standard software (IT affinity) and CRM software
