In R&D, the installation of mixer granulators, fluid bed systems or single-pot processors in isolators has proven to be a containment solution. These are particularly suitable for small batches. It enables convenient handling of materials and system components and offers a high degree of flexibility, allowing you to interrupt or change your processes at any time. The machines can be opened almost continuously for product testing or sampling, which is a decisive advantage in the product development phase. The hermetically sealed isolators, which operate under negative pressure, guarantee maximum safety and prevent leaks despite manual operation. This is ensured, among other things, by special transfer systems for loading and emptying auxiliary materials and finished products. At the end of the process, the entire interior of the isolator is decontaminated and ready for the next application. Together with DIOSNA, you can customise the interior of the isolator, for example by adding scales, pumps and mills.
